Growing up on a dirt road, as a pig farmer, ain’t nothin more southern than that! Four generations behind the coals, we carried on traditions deeper than a southern oaks roots. We would cook for the family in a pit of burned off mattress coils with about 2 full hogs and a goat here and there. As long as our daddy can remember we’ve been the ones runnin the grill.

Our Style

We cook our foods like dial up, laggin and draggin. Our signature mustard sauce is like our Papa, sweet, tangy and full of character. Our specialties will NOT include none of that boxed stuff but mouthwatering pulled pork that’s as tender as a preacher’s heart and as saucy as a Sunday sermon, a whole mess of collard greens, a slew of slaw and a boat load of beans, served up hotter than a summer’s day and sweeter than yer mama’s tea. By the time you leave if you ain’t full as a tick and lookin like a busted can of biscuits, well then bless it.
